Every rental on Rydo comes with fully comprehensive third-party insurance liability coverage. We also offer optional premium damage protection tiers during checkout, allowing you to reduce your collision damage excess fee down to $0 for maximum peace of mind.
We understand plans can change. You can cancel your reservation for a full 100% refund up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup will incur a modest late-notice service fee.
Each vehicle has its own daily mileage limit set by the owner, which is clearly displayed on the listing page. Most vehicles include a generous 200 miles per day, with the option to purchase unlimited mileage packages at a very affordable daily rate.
Depending on the vehicle and host preferences, you'll receive either keyless smartphone access or meet the host in person at the designated location for a quick physical handover. Detailed instructions are provided in-app 1 hour prior to your booking start.
