1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rydo (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rydo. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Vehicle Listing Rules (for Owners)

• •Owners who list vehicles on Rydo agree to:
• •List only vehicles you own or have clear authority to rent out.
• •Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and availability.
• •Maintain valid insurance and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and safe.
• •Honour confirmed bookings — cancellations by owners may result in penalties or account suspension.
• •Not list vehicles with outstanding safety recalls or known mechanical issues.

4. Booking & Cancellation Policy

• •Bookings are confirmed instantly upon payment.
• •Renters may cancel a booking before the trip start date. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
• •Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before start.
• •50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before start.
• •No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of start.
• •Owners who cancel confirmed bookings are subject to a cancellation fee and may have their listings temporarily suspended.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our platform. Owners receive payouts after the trip is completed and verified by the renter. Rydo charges a service fee on each transaction, disclosed at the time of booking. Prices listed are in USD unless otherwise stated.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

• •You agree not to:
• •Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• •Misrepresent yourself or your vehicle.
• •Attempt to circumvent our payment system or fees.
• •Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• •Damage or misuse a rented vehicle.
• •Use the Platform to book vehicles for commercial transportation services (e.g., ridesharing, delivery fleets) without prior written consent.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Rydo is a marketplace connecting independent owners and renters. We are not a rental agency and do not own the vehicles listed on the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rydo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform and any vehicles booked through it. Rydo is not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users. Both parties are encouraged to communicate directly and resolve issues in good faith.

8. Termination

Rydo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. Users may delete their account at any time through their profile settings.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
